Ø Pullups - 25 reps

Ø Deadlifts with 135 lbs - 50 reps

Ø Pushups - 50 reps

Ø 24-inch box jumps - 50 reps

Ø Floor wipers - 50 reps

Ø Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36 lbs Kettlebell - 50 reps

Ø Pullups - 25 reps

Ø Jumping jacks 50 reps

Ø Bodyweight squats 25 reps

Ø Close grip pushups 10 reps
